This website provides an electronic summary of the UST Corrective Action program policies established by state environmental regulatory agencies throughout the U.S. The state agencies included in this database have completed a detailed Policy Questionnaire which describes their UST Corrective Action program policies for corrective action of environmental releases at underground storage tank (UST) sites.

This database is intended to serve as a useful guide to state regulators, members of the regulated community, the general public, and other parties seeking information regarding corrective action procedures in various states. Corrective action policy data are provided in both state-specific files and national summary charts and can be downloaded to your own computer for printing. Please note that the data provided herein is current only as of the date each participant completed the questionnaire,as indicated herein. Therefore, users are advised to refer to the state agency contacts regarding recent corrective action program developments.
